Nicole was born and raised in San Jose. She has lived in the Bay Area her entire life and loves being able to call it home. She is extremely motivated and intrinsically driven to succeed,  and lives by the highest levels of integrity and honesty (rooted in her Catholic faith).

Nicole graduated with a BA in Psychology & Minor in Health Education from San Francisco State University in 2006. Shortly after, she joined Google to work in technical recruiting. In 2010, she joined Facebook where she recruited the most highly sought-after engineers and research scientists in the world (in the fields of infrastructure, machine learning, data science and artificial intelligence). 

During her decade in the corporate world, Nicole received top-notch training and development in negotiating salaries and offer terms, closing strategies, and people/process/project management. She now utilizes these skills to negotiate the best possible price and terms for her clients.

In addition to becoming a licensed REALTOR in 2018, Nicole furthered her education and achieved her California Real Estate Broker's license in 2021 - a designation held by only 12% of agents. This license allows her to start her own brokerage, but she chooses to stay with Compass due to the amount of benefits it provides to her clients. After 5 years in the business, Nicole became a Top 5% agent in Santa Clara County and as of 2024, Nicole ranks as a Top 3% agent (based on sales volume). This designation is a result of her commitment to her clients who have continued to refer her to friends and family.

Nicole and her husband, Nicholas (who is a licensed General & Electrical Contractor), have been together for over twenty years and have four children and two Shih Tzu pups.

Outside of owning a real estate portfolio, Nicole's proudest accomplishments include running over 13 half marathons, one 4-hour full marathon and leading sixteen girls in a Girl Scout troop (going on year 4!).
