Nicole is a Bay Area native and experienced real estate broker associate who brings a decade of high-tech recruiting and leadership experience to her real estate business. From 2007–2016, she worked in technical recruiting (Google and Facebook). While at Facebook, she was the first dedicated Machine Learning recruiter, later building and managing a team to support ML and AI hiring across the company including the beginning of Facebook AI Research in 2013. That background gave her advanced skills in negotiation, closing strategies, and client/process management, which she now applies to secure the best strategy, price and terms for buyers and sellers using data driven approaches.
Licensed as a REALTOR in 2018 and holding a California Real Estate Broker’s license since 2021 (a distinction held by just 12% of agents), Nicole has furthered her training and education to also include the following certifications through the National Association of REALTORs:
