Nicole was born and raised in San Jose. She has lived in the Bay Area her entire life and loves being able to call it home. 

From 2007-2010, she worked at Google in technical recruiting, supporting the software engineering division. In 2010, she joined Facebook where she was the first dedicated recruiter to focus on Machine Learning hiring. She identified and hired some of most highly sought-after engineers and research scientists in the world in the fields of infrastructure, machine learning, data science and artificial intelligence. In 2013, Nicole moved into management and built out a team to support the hiring needs of machine learning across the entire company, including building out the Facebook AI Research Team. During her decade in the corporate world, Nicole received top-notch training and development in negotiating salaries and offer terms, closing strategies, and people/process/project management. She now utilizes these skills to negotiate the best possible price and terms for her clients.

In addition to becoming a licensed REALTOR in 2018, Nicole furthered her education and achieved her California Real Estate Broker's license in 2021 - a designation held by only 12% of agents. This license allows her to start her own brokerage, but she chooses to stay with Compass due to the amount of benefits it provides to her clients.
