Nicole is a Bay Area native and experienced real estate broker associate who brings a decade of high-tech recruiting and leadership experience to her real estate business. From 2007–2016, she worked in technical recruiting (Google and Facebook). While at Facebook, she was the first dedicated Machine Learning recruiter, later building and managing a team to support ML and AI hiring across the company including the beginning of Facebook AI Research in 2013. That background gave her advanced skills in negotiation, closing strategies, and client/process management, which she now applies to secure the best strategy, price and terms for buyers and sellers using data driven approaches.  

Licensed as a REALTOR in 2018 and holding a California Real Estate Broker’s license since 2021 (a distinction held by just 12% of agents), Nicole has furthered her training and education to also include the following certifications through the National Association of REALTORs:

• Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)
• Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) 
• Accredited Buyer Representative® (ABR) 

In addition, Nicole has been a Top 3% agent in Santa Clara County for several years in a row (verified by Santa Clara Association of REALTORs, REAL Awards).

Nicole partners with Compass for its tech-enabled platform which allows her to deliver a high-touch, client-centered experience—keeping her buyers and sellers informed at every step of the process and focused on winning outcomes.  Nicole handles every client with care and attention to detail, ensuring sellers don’t leave any money on the table and buyers never overpay. Her negotiation expertise and market knowledge are applied to protect her clients’ financial interests throughout the transaction. 

Her goal is simple: make sure clients are satisfied and walk away from each transaction feeling like the winner. She will go the extra mile to ensure this! 

Nicole has sold homes in Berryessa, Blossom Hill, Willow Glen and many other neighborhoods of San Jose, as well as Cupertino, Saratoga, Sunnyvale, Woodside, Atherton, Santa Clara, Los Gatos, Palo Alto, Mountain View and Los Altos. References from past clients are available on request.
