My sister and I had a duplex we were  selling in the Santa Clara area. It was old and neglected...in desperate need of a face lift. After the tenants moved out, we found out it needed extensive repairs, think floors, ceilings, plumbing and electrical problems. After the contractor completed those required repairs, we needed to update the entire unit plus the yards.

Nicole and I worked together on an investment house and she was a blast to work with!
